Ensure activities are engaging, safe, and aligned with the camp’s mission and values.

Camper Care:

Provide emotional and physical support to campers, addressing any needs or concerns promptly and compassionately.

Foster a supportive and inclusive environment where all campers feel valued and heard.

Build strong, positive relationships with campers to encourage personal growth and confidence.

Safety and Supervision:

Monitor campers’ activities to ensure their safety and well-being at all times.

Administer first aid as needed and follow camp protocols for emergencies.

Maintain accurate records of camper attendance, incidents, and any health-related issues.
